The
2 semi detached cottages, converted in 2005, are set in the 1.0
acre of Strenneth's grounds. Whatever the season guests, wishing
to take a break away from the often accelerated pace of modern living,
will be sure to find plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge
their batteries. Ideal for couples and families alike, the two cottages
provide an excellent standard of holiday accommodation and are adjacent
to the 17th century farmhouse.
No. 1 The Stables consists
of: -
Ground floor, entrance hall with luxury shower room, basin and toilet,
a modern fully fitted Kitchen with a dining area. A lounge with
french doors to patio, TV. etc.
First floor: - A double or twin bedroom with sloping ceiling, TV,
Velux window.
No. 2 The Stables consists
of: -
Ground floor, entrance hall with luxury shower room, basin and toilet,
a modern fully equipped Kitchen with a dining area. Large lounge
with solid fuel fire, sofa bed, french doors opening to patio/ barbecue
area.
First floor:- 1 double and 1 twin or double bedroom each with sloping
ceiling. TV, Velux windows.
Both cottages have authentic oak beamed interiors. Warm air electric
heating, wood burner in the lounge of No.2 (initial supply of fuel
provided). Bed linen and towels included in rent, cot and high chair
are available, colour TVs, video, DVD player, stereo/CD player,
microwave, dishwasher, enclosed garden, garden furniture, off road
parking for 2 cars. Up to 2 pets welcome, please ask for details
when booking. Each cottage has its own patio seating area and access
to a shared barbecue and seating area. Strictly no smoking, please.
Services:- Welcome tea tray. All fuel and power, bed linen, and
towels are included. Separate Laundry facilities are available for
a small additional charge. Strenneth is licensed for the sale of
alcohol and breakfast, cooked or prepared evening meals can be provided
by prior arrangement.
